Adelaide’s newest arts venue showcases for this years Fringe an impressive line up of national and international musicians, combined with a collection of visually captivating and conceptually engaging artworks that reflect the diversity of sculptor Manja Schmidt, Drawer Marta Lukaszewicz, and painter Natesh Shankaranand.
Café Komodo’s journey is to connect the audiences with Artists local, national and international creating a space where mutual inspiration can be drawn from ones quest with personal expression and creative diversity.Komodo has live entertainment

Jay Hoad Band
USA- Friday Feb 22nd

Jay Hoad’s style of music reflects the rhythm the planet with dynamic, high energy and very funky compositions. Jay’s lyrics are written mostly about his travels and the very real issues concerning the well being of our beautiful planet.

Melbourne- Friday Feb 29th

The three members Patrick Thiele, Sam Zerna and Aaron McCoullough. experience Musical diversity within the group using acts of the unifying language of musical expression, allowing its members to communicate creatively. The music is dynamic, melodic and always playful and inventive.

Chris Martin Trio
Adelaide- Friday March 7th

Join the ‘Chris Martin Trio’ for a night of jazzy grooves and funky tunes in our intimate surroundings. Look out for some new tunes by the leader, as well as jems from some of the great jazz composers- Wayne Shorter, Duke Ellington & Theolonious Monk. The Chris Martin Trio have had a monthly residence with Komodo so you’ll be able to enjoy the stunning atmosphere they create so beautifully right through the year!

Tim Bruer Quartet
Sydney- Friday March 14th

Primarily a jazz musician, Tim has played many other styles professionally, including blues, R&B, funk, pop, rock, cabaret, African and classical.. With the support from Sean Coffin & John Aue, and drawing from his diverse musical experience, he’ll be creating an atmosphere, suiting our environment on that evening with inspiration and perfection.

So come along and be inspired…
